This report presents Russia’s disaster risks and natural hazards, such as earthquake, landslide, flood, storm, tsunami and wildfire, and describes the structure and functions of the National Committee of Russia on the International Decade for Natural Disaster Reduction (IDNDR). It also sets out national perspectives, objectives and activities within the framework of the Decade.
