Evaluation of the cost the impact of climate change and adaptation in France
Second phase report
The interministerial working group on the assessment of the impacts of climate change, the cost of damage and adaptation measures, led by the National Observatory on the Effects of Global Warming (under the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and the Sea) and the Directorate General of Energy and Climate, has just submitted its second phase report.
Produced with the contribution of the Ministry of Health and Sports, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, and the Interministerial Delegation for Territorial Planning and Competitiveness, this report presents the results of the work on the 10 sectors studied:
- health;
- energy;
- urban planning / built environment/transport infrastructure;
- biodiversity;
- tourism;
- natural risks and insurance;
- agriculture;
- forestry;
- water resources;
- territories.

Rapport de la deuxième phase
Le groupe de travail interministériel sur l’évaluation des impacts du changement climatique, du coût des dommages et des mesures d’adaptation, piloté par l’Observatoire National sur les Effets du Réchauffement Climatique (dépendant du Ministère de l'Ecologie du Développement Durable et de la Mer) et la Direction Générale de l’Energie et du Climat, vient de rendre son rapport de deuxième phase.
Réalisé avec la contribution du Ministère de la Santé et des Sports, du Ministère de l’Alimentation, de l’Agriculture et de la Pêche, et de la Délégation Interministérielle à l’Aménagement et à la Compétitivité des Territoires ce rapport présente les résultats des travaux sur les 10 secteurs étudiés:
- santé;
- énergie;
- urbanisme / cadre bâti / infrastructures de transport;
- biodiversité;
- tourisme;
- risques naturels et assurances;
- agriculture;
- forêt;
- ressource en eau;
- territoires.
