Chad: Experts validate climate change adaptation plan

The National Adaptation Programme of Action to Climate Change (NAPA) was validated after a two-day workshop which brought together Chadian experts.

In a bid to cope with the challenges of climate change the NAPA is comprised of ten major projects which include among others; water control and management projects, intensive and diversified farming projects, and defense works and land restoration projects for the development of agricultural activities.
