Flash flood in Kaski, Nepal: 'Deeply saddened'

The editorial of The Himalayan Times urges authorities to install an early warning system following the Saturday flash flood of the Seti River that left 14 people dead and over 50 missing in the Kaski district, Nepal. It is thought that a landslide swept away visitors of a local market.
