A project to pilot the sensor and monitoring system for environment warning and disaster mitigation will be executed in Can Tho and Danang cities within a year from January, announces VietNamNet. The project will be implemented by the Vietnam National Institute of Software and Digital Content Industry together with Panasonic System Networks Co., Ltd., and Danang and Can Tho Departments of Information and Communications. The joint project is part of an earlier agreement between the two governments of Vietnam and Japan.
