Australia: Experts call for better planning for saving animals from 'natural' disasters

As per ABC, a north Queensland RSPCA inspector says Australia is behind the United States when it comes to disaster management planning for large animals, mainly horses and cattle, in flood, fire and cyclone events, "we've got to come up with a plan, and it comes down to prevention and planning ahead of time, it's not something you want to fix on the fly."
