USA: Northern Kentucky heat and cold emergency plans

This plan has been developed to provide structure, guidance and direction to the public safety, public health and social service agencies of Northern Kentucky when occasions of prolonged heat occur within the region. This plan delineates specific procedures for the declaration of heat alerts and heat emergencies, notifications to be made upon declaration, and actions to be taken by public safety and public health agencies.
