The Facing Fear curriculum supplements the American Red Cross Masters of Disaster curriculum, which provides standards-based flexible curriculum written by teachers for teachers, with lessons about general preparedness for disasters, and full units about science and safety regarding hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, lightning and earthquakes, but also how to deal with the aftermath of terrorism and tragic events.
