Climate change and environmental risk atlas 2014

This 6th edition of Maplecroft's annual climate change and environmental risk atlas provides comprehensive analysis of the key risks to business in the areas of climate change vulnerability and adaptation; emissions and energy use; environmental regulation; and ecosystem services. It includes 26 indices and interactive maps, which have been developed to identify, evaluate and compare climate change and environmental risks down to 22km² worldwide and provide insight into current and emerging trends.

It provides: (i) an ideal tool to assess, quantify and compare climate change risks and to develop strategies to monitor and mitigate them; (ii) information on climate change vulnerability for 193 countries; (iii) detailed, succinct and easy-to-use assessment of risks relating to climate change vulnerability and adaptation, resource security, emissions and energy use, ecosystem services and environmental regulation; (iv) unique sub-national mapping of climate change vulnerability, exposure and sensitivity down to 22km², allowing easy risk assessment for specific locations and regions; (v) the ability to analyse, compare and chart climate risk data for every country and download it in spreadsheet format; and (vi) the ability to view, download and print country scorecards, plus climate change indices, maps and graphics.
