Inoke Ratukalou, the acting director of the Secretariat for Pacific Community's Land Resources Division, said "it was vital that disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation measures be jointly utilised to address food security issues and challenges to agriculture and forestry in the Pacific," reports Fiji Times.
