Philippines: Landslides, floods can be predicted — experts

Two Philippines-based engineers from the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) believe that with the use of the non-recordable standard rain gauges, the government can localize areas where floods and landslides are most likely to occur and prepare to reduce the risk of disasters, reports the Manila Bulletin.
