Vanuatu farmers to get help on climate adaptation under new aid package

The European Union and the World Bank through a USD 5.5 million project of the Global Environment Facility will help ten thousand Vanuatu farmers to adapt to climate change and to build their resilience to natural disasters.

'There will be projects in water supply, rural roads, renewable energy and a lot of what exactly will have to be done or will de done during the project implementation will be decided once the project starts.
