A new development plan for Nepal was unveiled by the UK's Minister of State for International Development, Alan Duncan yesterday, which is hoped will reduce the climate vulnerability of three million poor people. Mr Duncan also highlighted the need to work toward reducing the risk of possible earthquake in Kathmandu.

“This is very ambitious program. It illustrates United Kingdom´s deep commitment to Nepal,” he said.
