Philippines: Dept of Environment and Natural Resources to automate monitoring of dams

"The scheme will improve response in identifying climate variability to come up with a more efficient disaster risk reduction management and...provide real time information on dam operation to the public in relation to disaster preparedness" said Environment Secretary Ramon Paje in a report by the Manila Bulletin.
