Bangladesh: WDB reformation needed for climate change adaptation programme needs

'The Water Development Board should be reformed to ensure people's participation at all stages of the project activities to make successful climate change adaptation programmes at a lower cost' say experts at the Infrastructure Development and People Participation in Climate Change Planning seminar held at the National Press Club, reports the FE.

In addition to local level participation, Ms Monisha Biswas of CSRL drew attention to give importance to women and child issue in all infrastructure planning.
