The book is developed in collaboration with the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the Republic of Uganda – Office of the Prime Minister, ACLENet, Meteorage, the Caribbean Meteorological Organization, and many global experts and young people, including UNICEF East Asia and Pacific's Youth Action Team.
