The collective conscience for resilient urban settlement

This document specifically addresses urban risk reduction and presents the comprehensive and collaborative approach of Islamic Relief, Bangladesh, where the communities have been empowered with a very good knowledge level on disaster risk reduction (DRR), the ability to respond in case of emergency and the capacity to coordinate with different relevant bodies to assess and minimize their own risk.
