This plan is responsible for permanently promoting and organizing integration activities, for adequate socialization among the organizations and institutions that make up the Civil Protection system and in the community, of the visions, strategies and prevention actions, as well as seeking to promote and execute, with the members of the Civil Protection System and in the community, permanent extension, education and training actions in prevention and preparation.

Este plan se encarga de promover y organizar permanentemente actividades de integración, para la adecuada sociabilización, entre los organismos e instituciones integrantes del sistema de Protección Civil y en la comunidad, de las visiones, estrategias y acciones de prevención, así como tambien busca promover y ejecutar, con los integrantes del Sistema de Protección Civil y en la comunidad, acciones de extensión, educación y capacitación permanentes en prevención y preparación.
