Advancing adaptation through climate information services

This study is the result of a global survey on the information requirements of the financial sector. It underlines the importance of developing climate information services in international networks. The aim of this study was to determine precisely what types of information financial institutions require to put their risk management expertise at the service of broader adaptation and to provide a first assessment of the current provision to the sector with such information.
