“We’re now moving away into the next phase,” said Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, of the the deadly 18,240-acre Colorado wild fire. “Now we need to think about resilience and recovery.”

The Colorado Springs Gazette reports that the Secretary's visit came as the cost of replacement was tallied: At least $110 million in homes lost, according to a Denver Post analysis.
