Source(s):  New Times Publications, the

Sector Social Affairs Officers of all districts in Rwanda are about to receive cell phones as part of a disaster risk reduction project supported by the World Food Programme, the UN agency for Refugees, and The Ministry of Disaster Management and Refugee Affairs, as reported by The New Times.
