Steven Viney highlights the plight of cities world-wide facing rising sea-levels, in light of the recent screening of the documentary 'Connecting Delta Cities' in Cairo last weekend and included testimonies from experts and local residents from various delta cities such as Alexandria, New York, Jakarta and Rotterdam.
