USA: Sea levels in North Carolina - and elsewhere - rising fast

In an editorial blog for Time, Tara Thean looks at various research and studies estimating the potential impact of sea-level rise on one of the most vulnerable regions to sea-level rise in the country as identified by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. 'Studies like these mean that we have no excuse for being unprepared' she urges.
