US: Colorado landslides expected to be on rise in this wet year

According to Jeff Coe, a geologist ith the US Geological Survey, there is a cycle of dangerous landslides in Colorado. Yet, the only database of landslides in the state is a digitized map that is being created by the Colorado Geological Survey that shows where landslides have occurred. It doesn't contain related information that would help to show susceptibility for more slides, writes Nancy Lofholm in The Denver Post.
