UNHCR chief warns that displacement crises multiplying, becoming more unpredictable

UN High Commissioner for Refugees, António Guterres, said at the opening of the annual meeting in Geneva of UNHCR's governing Executive Committee that the international community needed to improve its adaptation to climate change and better manage natural disasters in order to prevent conflict, according to UNHCR.
