'The Integrated Strategic Environment Assessment (ISEA) for the northern province is thus needed to work with a large number of stakeholder agencies in order to formulate a broad, multi-sector and multi agency analysis to integrate disaster risk management into development plans and programmes' said Dr. Ananda Mallawatantri of the United Nations Development Programme.
