Drills using natural disaster scenarios are teaching young people new habits around being prepared and knowing what to do during and after major weather events.

The Lau islands in Fiji have been living with rising sea levels for some years, they’re now looking at alternative ways to try and combat the issues for their communities.

An Australian production company highlighted the work being done in the Pacific during the pandemic and even sourcing that material was a challenge.

Disasters may be inevitable, but the loss of your life, your family, your home, your land or your village aren’t.

So, let’s prepare.
