Nigeria: Government develops national climate change response master-plan

The Government of Nigeria is developing adaptation strategies and incorporating early warning into a national climate change preparedness and response master-plan according to John Odey, Minister of the Environment. Mr Odey was speaking at a press briefing in Abuja, on the occasion of the World Environment Day.
