EU offers Honduras 2.5 million dollars for disaster prevention and relief

According to Xinhua News Agency, Honduras' Emergency Permanent Commission said the EU will help build disaster prevention and relief capacities in areas vulnerable to disasters in Honduras, including watering and early alert systems as well as launching an information campaign, through the Action Plan of the Disaster Preparation Program of the European Commission in Central America.
