Jamaica is set to host the Tourism Resilience Summit of the America on September 13, marking the anniversary of Hurricane Irma and Maria, which impacted most Caribbean countries. The theme for this Resilience Summit is "Tourism Resilience Through Global Synergies". The summit will bring together global stakeholders in the tourism industry at the University of the West Indies, Mona in Jamaica. Registration closes August 31.
