Clipore and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) are hosting a high-level seminar and policy-discussion session in New Delhi on 1-2 November 2010. The event - titled 'Thinking long term on climate policy: a dialogue between research and policy' - will bring together key findings from Clipore research and future climate policy scenarios, with an emphasis on promoting a dialogue between researchers and policymakers.

Clipore is one of the largest international climate policy research initiatives, funded by MISTRA, with a strong focus on domestic and international climate policy instruments, providing support to international policy development.

The event offers a unique platform, which would bring together European and American researchers and key actors from India and other developing countries. The success of the event relies on engaging the Clipore research with relevant regional experts and promoting that dialogue.
