Accra’s Resilience Strategy offers a roadmap and an action plan towards becoming a city that is poised to anticipate, mitigate, and respond to whatever acute or chronic challenges that the city may face now and in the future. It positions Accra towards becoming a city that values and exemplifies data-driven policy development and decision-making; a city that is capable of transforming challenges into new opportunities; and an inclusive city that cares for and is accountable to all of its residents, be they young, old, or vulnerable.
