Natural disasters pose grave threats to electric grids and their ability to deliver reliable electricity to communities. Climate change, expanding populations, and insufficiently diversified sources make our energy future more unpredictable.

It considers the risk reduction and resilience strategies currently in place and asesses the financing gaps in the face of anticipated climate and seismic risks in the region.
