Cameroon: City of Garoua energy access and climate action plan (SEACAP)

Garoua's Sustainable Energy Access and Climate Action Plan (SEACAP) highlights the key results, targets and actions for decision makers, citizens and those interested in partnering with the city and benefiting from its climate commitment. This plan is the culmination of a two-years process led by the City Council and the three subdivisional councils (Garoua I, II and III) with the support of GIZ, ICLEI Africa and Help Community.
