The Brazilian Regulatory Standards regulate and provide guidance on mandatory procedures related to OSH for all Brazilian companies. Regulatory Standard No. 15 (Annex 3) sets workplace exposure tolerance limits based on the WBGT, considering the type of work activity (Federative Republic of Brazil 2019).
