Mercy Corps strategic roadmap

This document provides an overview of Mercy Corps' vision, challenges and goals for the fiscal year 2011. It presents their theory of change and explains the global challenges that drive their work. It indicates their priority areas for the coming year, such as helping communities adapt and prepare for hazards in rural and urban areas and use disaster risk reduction activities and climate mitigation measures to build community resilience, under the goal: "Climate Change - Impact on the Most Vulnerable".
