Land tenure opportunities for reform
This publication traces the multi-dimensional links between land tenure and vulnerability in Southern Africa, and highlights opportunities for disaster risk reduction that can be derived from land tenure reforms. It is divided into three sections. Part I and Part II comprise the body of the module while a glossary of key terms and a table detailing land tenure related policies, laws, and programmes in selected Southern African countries make up the appendices.
