This paper provides information for employers, managers and workplace health and safety managers discussing effective way to reduce the vulnerability of workers exposed to intensive heat such as outdoor workers, kitchen staff and heavy manual laborers affected mostly by heat waves due to their increased exposure and little ability to adapt their environment. ACCC focuses its study on developing an effective plan aiming to protect workplace staff health and decrease heat stress.
