Inclusive disaster risk reduction: Policy paper brief 13

This brief is a summary document of the Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction (IDRR) Policy Paper published in 2017. It provides a global overview of the 'IDRR' sector of intervention. 

The full Policy paper explains in detail the main reasons for associating all these sectors with DRR, and the way of proceeding during the risk reduction stage, the emergency response stage and the recovery stage. These references are not supposed to be exhaustive but should contribute to build HI ‘culture of risk’ in development and emergency.
