Hyogo Prefecture's evacuation shelter operation guidelines for coping with COVID-19

The Hyogo Prefectural Government (Japan) has developed revised guidelines to support municipalities with preparedness and the operation of evacuation centers in the context of the COVID-19 global pandemic. The original guidelines were published in Japanese, but they have been summarized and translated into English for this publication.
