Scientists at Canada’s National Research Council suggest ways building codes can be updated to adapt infrastructure to a shifting climate.
The BC government has taken steps to prepare for a major earthquake, investing millions of dollars in an early warning system and spending billions to seismically retrofit schools and infrastructure.
