Vietnam makes effort to prevent 'natural' disasters

A national seminar was held in Hanoi today to discuss disaster risk management. The seminar was organized by the Vietnam Red Cross which has carried out risk evaluation in more than 300 villages around Vietnam to help communities minimize damage caused by natural hazards.
