Throughout their lives, women play an important and pivotal role in making their communities safer. On the occasion of the International Day for Disaster Reduction 2012, Seeds shares with you a short video based on this year's theme of women and girls as the invisible forces of resilience. Seen from the perspective of a child to an adult, it shows the power of women to effect change in DRR at every stage of their lives.
