UN calls for better structured framework for disaster prevention

"We must be prepared to have better structured framework to prevent all these disasters. The United Nations makes a high priority of having and promoting disaster-risk reduction structures, and we hope that we will continue to work together on that," said Ban Ki-moon on his official visit to Chile to assess damage from the recent earthquake.
