"Existing local mechanisms for managing risks should be identified and strengthened and efforts targeted at developing economic resilience should be integrated with overall disaster risk management" said the minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office, Mr William Lukuvi, in a report by Zephania Ubwani of The Citizen.
