Responding to Climate Change is following closely the meetings at the 20th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Peru, Lima. Their report from the first day of the negotiations cites the contributions of the G77+China group, represented by Bolivia, who called for National Adaptation Plans to be turned into reality. He also added that technology transfer will lay the groundwork for any adaptation and mitigation actions on the part of developing countries and called for accelerated actions on the technology mechanism.
