Today joined by Josh Rodriguez. He is the program director for environment at the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, otherwise known as AASHTO. He oversees national work on natural resource protections, decarbonization, air quality, NEPA, otherwise known as National Environmental Policy Act, hazardous materials, and has experience across the environmental sector, including leadership roles in water, transportation, and regulatory enforcement.
