Philippines: LGUs press climate change investments

The La Liga Policy Institute (La Liga) is supporting calls for local government units (LGUs) to integrate climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction plans in their annual investment plans, so that LGUs can enhance their resilience against the deleterious impact of climate change.
