Philippines: German firm to help in climate adaptation, disaster risk reduction

Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zeusammenarbeit has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Housing Land Use and Regulatory Board (HLURB) in Manila, Philippines, according to the Inquirer. The German firm will help integrating climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction planning instruments into Comprehensive Land Use Plans in the form of climate proofing and disaster risk mapping.
