Participants of the training workshop from the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Council and the municipalities of Caramoran and San Miguel were first taught the basic concepts of disaster risk reduction (DRR) and resiliency and the link between sustainable design and construction to DRR and Climate Change Adaptation reports the Catanduanes Tribune.
